Caring During COVID

Are you a CUPE member working for a Community Based Organization?
Help us celebrate you!

Community Based Organizations (CBOs) are non-profit agencies that fill in the gaps when direct government programs don’t meet the needs of Saskatchewan residents.

We are workers at women’s shelters, group homes, childcare centers, addictions services and organizations that provide support services for people with disabilities, families and youth at risk. We are the unsung heroes of the COVID-19 pandemic.

CUPE Saskatchewan and the CUPE CBO Workers of Saskatchewan (also known as the CBO Steering Committee) are launching a campaign, Caring During COVID, to highlight the important work you and other members are doing during the pandemic.

If you participate, you could win some awesome CUPE Saskatchewan swag!

How to participate:

  1. Take a selfie (or photo with your co-workers) holding the Caring During COVID campaign poster. You can print the poster at home or make your own. Remember to maintain distance even in photos.
  2. Send your photos to CUPE Saskatchewan at: cupesask@sasktel.net

Feel free to share a bit about the type of work you are doing and why it is important with your photo submission.

Photos will be shared on CUPE Saskatchewan’s social media.

Submit your photo before June 26 for a chance to win a draw prize from CUPE Saskatchewan.

Guidelines for photo submission:

To submit your photo, email: cupesask@sasktel.net

Please include your full name and CUPE Local Union Number for draw entry participation with your photo submission by email. Your name will be entered into the draw upon submission of a photo and will only be entered into the draw once.
