Expressions of interest are invited to fill the following vacant positions on the Executive Board:
- Racialized Executive Member (Term: 2023 – 2025)
- Alternate – Racialized Executive Member (Term: 2023 – 2025)
- Alternate – LGBTQ2+ Executive Member (Term: Until March 2024)
- Alternate – Worker with Disability Executive Member (Term: 2023 – 2025)
COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Members of the Executive Board meet regularly throughout the year. Regular meetings are scheduled for the following dates in 2023: April 24, June 23, September 8 and December 8. The first meeting in 2024 will be held on January 22, 2024.
Union leave may be required to attend meetings. Appointees will be compensated for lost wages through union leave from work when required to attend meetings.

ELIGIBILITY AND PROCESS
CUPE members in good standing of affiliated Local Unions are eligible for consideration of appointment.
Delegates of the recently held convention may individually express interest and complete the attached application form and/or CUPE Local Union leadership may forward candidate names and contact information as a recommendation for appointment.
